Service Description

This workshop takes place April 20th from 8:30-11:30am. Brad and Laura will tag team teach this one. Your ENROLLEMNT INCLUDES A RABBIT that you process and our favorite KNIFE for processing rabbits. We will go over the different methods of dispatching rabbits and the pros and cons of each. We will walk you through step by step of how to dress the rabbit. Laura will go over quartering your rabbit for freezing and easy cooking. This workshop will take place outside near the lower level garage at our house. This class is limited to 5 people. We highly recommend a Raising Rabbits Workshop (March 23rd) before attending this one as we will not be covering the basics of rabbit care. If you attend both "Raising Rabbits" and "Processing Rabbits" you qualify for a breeding trio at a discounted rate. Please let us know if this is something you'd like. Couple price includes ONE rabbit and ONE knife. This event is non-refundable on behalf of attendee cancellation. If host has to cancel due to an unforeseen circumstance, you will be refunded.
