Learn how to humanely process meat chickens.
Service Description
Brad and Laura tag team teach this one. Your ENROLLMENT INCLUDES a chicken that you process. We will walk you through step by step of how kill, scald, pluck and eviscerate. Laura will go over quartering your chicken for freezing and easy cooking. This workshop will take place outside near the lower level garage at our house. This class is limited to 5 people. Couple price includes ONE chicken. This event is non-refundable on behalf of attendee cancellation. If host has to cancel due to an unforeseen circumstance, you will be refunded.

Processing workshops are non-refundable unless the presenter cannot fulfil her duty. Tickets are transferable if you are unable to attend and you have someone else that would like to attend in your spot.
